Camper Forms
Once you’ve submitted a Camper Application and made your first payment, please fill out the below forms and submit.

All required paperwork must be submitted by May 30th, in order for your child to attend camp. Campers will not be admitted without completed paperwork.
Bunk Notes & Photos
You can purchase a block of emails to send to your camper through your Bunk1 portal. All emails sent through the portal will reach us and be given to your camper!
Session photos will be posted to Bunk1 throughout the summer so you can follow along on camptime fun!
For those enrolled this season, you will receive an email with the Bunk1 login information and password in June.
