All required paperwork must be submitted in order for your child to attend camp. While we strongly prefer that everything be turned in before drop-off, it is essential that we have all forms and documentation on file no later than arrival day. Campers cannot be admitted without completed paperwork.

MMR Vaccine Requirement
At West End House Girls Camp, the health and safety of our campers and staff is our top priority. This year, all campers are required to be vaccinated against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) in order to attend camp.

Please note that no exemptions—religious or otherwise—will be accepted. This policy is in place to help protect our camp community, especially those who may be medically vulnerable.

Step 1: Complete the Camper Application

Begin the enrollment process by filling out the camper application form.

Step 2: Application Review and Confirmation

Once we receive your application, our camp staff will review it promptly. We will contact you to confirm your camper's enrollment status or to request additional information if needed.

Step 3: Make the First Payment for Camp

Upon confirmation of your camper's enrollment, you will be required to make the first payment for camp. Details regarding payment methods and deadlines will be provided in an email.

Step 4: Complete and Submit the Camper Packet

After the first payment is made, you will be directed to fill out a camper packet and return it to us. This packet contains essential forms and information required for your camper's participation in our program. All necessary forms and links can be found in the Parent Center.
