Our two-week sessions are the heart of West End House Girls Camp—perfect for campers ages 6–17 who want time to dive into activities, build lasting friendships, and grow in confidence.

Session Tuition Options
At West End House Girls Camp, we believe every child deserves the chance to experience the joy, growth, and magic of summer camp. Cost should never be the reason a girl misses out on making new friends, trying new adventures, and building confidence in a supportive community. That’s why we offer flexible tuition options and campership support—because camp is for everyone.
No matter which option you choose, every camper enjoys the same full experience: meals, caring staff, engaging activities, and all the magic of camp are always included. Your choice is completely confidential, and we’ll work with you to make camp possible for your family.
Three Tuition Options
Standard Tuition Rate – $4,395
Covers about 90% of the true cost of camp and helps sustain our programs for every camper.Base Tuition Rate – $3,295
Covers roughly 75% of the cost, reflecting the exact expenses of meals, staff, and activities for your child.Supported Tuition Rate – $2,195
Thanks to generous donors, this option covers about 50% of the cost, ensuring finances are never the reason a girl misses out on camp. No application required.
A deposit of approximately 10% of the Base Tuition Rate is due at enrollment, regardless of which tuition option you select.
Camperships Available
If your family needs additional support, our Campership Program provides deeper tuition assistance based on financial need.

Considering a Full Summer?
Families looking for an even longer camp experience can pair multiple two-week sessions together. With our new Sunday–Thursday schedule, you’ll still get to see your camper during the weekend in between sessions, making it the perfect way to enjoy a full summer of growth, friendship, and fun.

Methods of Payment
We honor MasterCard and VISA credit cards (American Express is not accepted), as well as payments by ACH with American banks only. All camper tuition fees must be paid in full or set up with an automatic payment at the time of registration.
Refund Policy
Summer camp registration will begin on October 1st and continue until sessions fill.
All summer camp registrations include a $125 non-refundable deposit per week as part of their registration.
Camp Cancellations
There will be no refund of your deposit. We do understand, however, that sometimes plans change. The following are our refund policies:
Before February 15th: you will receive a 100% tuition refund minus the weekly deposit fee.
February 16th-March 15th: you will receive a 50% tuition refund minus the weekly deposit fee.
After March 15th: no refunds.

Session Cancellations
If West End House Girls Camp cancels a session completely, we will do a full refund for that session.
Missed Days of a Session
Even if your child is only able to come for part of a session, full tuition must be paid for the entire session.
Serious Illness or Injury
In some situations, we will issue a refund if your camper is unable to attend a program because of a serious illness or injury if written medical verification from your physician is received within 7 days. Refunds will not be given for two-week sessions if you only need to miss one week of the session.
Inappropriate Behavior
If a camper is dismissed from a session because of inappropriate, aggressive behavior, or any other reason not stated, no refund will be issued.
