Session Descriptions & Dates
**IMPORTANT UPDATE**
Our camp session dates have shifted to run from Sunday to Thursday, instead of Monday to Friday. Our hope is that this change allows for one convenient weekend drop-off, making it easier for parents to bring their campers to camp without multiple weekday scheduling conflicts.
One-Week Camp: Our one-week camp offers campers ages 7-16 an exciting and immersive experience filled with outdoor adventures, creative activities, and team-building opportunities. This session is perfect for first-time campers or those looking for a shorter, high-energy experience where they will build confidence, develop independence, and make lasting friendships in a supportive environment.
Two-Week Camp: Designed for campers ages 7-16, our two-week camp provides an extended opportunity to dive deeper into camp life, with time to explore a wide variety of activities, foster strong connections, and hone important life skills. Campers who thrive on new challenges, seek personal growth, and want a more in-depth experience will find this session especially rewarding.
Session 1: Sunday, June 29th - Thursday, July 3rd
Session 2: Sunday, July 6th - Thursday, July 17th
Session 3: Sunday, July 20th - Thursday, July 31st
Rates
West End House Girls Camp serves families with different abilities to pay.
Tier 1 and 2 more accurately account for true costs, including wear and tear and depreciation.
Tier 3 is our subsidized rate and does not reflect the true cost of operating.
There’s no difference in the camp experience for your child!
One-Week Rates
Tier 1: $1,515

Methods of Payment
We honor MasterCard and VISA credit cards (American Express is not accepted), as well as payments by ACH with American banks only. All camper tuition fees must be paid in full or set up with an automatic payment at the time of registration.
Refund Policy
Summer camp registration will begin on October 1st and continue until sessions fill.
All summer camp registrations include a $125 non-refundable deposit per week as part of their registration.
Camp Cancellations
There will be no refund of your deposit. We do understand, however, that sometimes plans change. The following are our refund policies:
Before February 15th: you will receive a 100% tuition refund minus the weekly deposit fee.
February 16th-March 15th: you will receive a 50% tuition refund minus the weekly deposit fee.
After March 15th: no refunds.

Session Cancellations
If West End House Girls Camp cancels a session completely, we will do a full refund for that session.
Missed Days of a Session
Even if your child is only able to come for part of a session, full tuition must be paid for the entire session.
Serious Illness or Injury
In some situations, we will issue a refund if your camper is unable to attend a program because of a serious illness or injury if written medical verification from your physician is received within 7 days. Refunds will not be given for two-week sessions if you only need to miss one week of the session.
Inappropriate Behavior
If a camper is dismissed from a session because of inappropriate, aggressive behavior, or any other reason not stated, no refund will be issued.
